Foster Update (6/15/13):

Vivian is such a sweet, beautiful girl! She has a gorgeous, long coat that’s silky to the touch. She’s a bit independent, yet will tolerate being picked up. However, she’d much rather lay near you on the floor, the couch or the bed. She enjoys being petted and will purr loudly in appreciation while gazing at you with her striking amber-colored eyes.

Vivian is great with our dog and loves frolicking with the other cats, especially her brother Desmond. She loves toys, and zealously chases the ball in the Turbo Scratcher and Circle Track.

Like her brother, Vivian has a tendency to get stressed in unfamiliar environments, including adoption events at Oviedo Mall. We stopped bringing her to Oviedo for a while. Now we’re giving it another go to see if there’s improvement. We are flexible on scheduling meets in a less stressful environment if needed.

Despite her independence, Vivian is still quite bonded to her brother Desmond. They’ve been together since birth. They love to play together, groom each other, and when they’re tired, they curl up together and go to sleep. It would be ideal for them to be adopted together. Vivian is a wonderful cat who will make a wonderful addition to any home.

Nana and her 5 littermates were born to a stray mama cat who took very good care of them. She is looking for her new furever home.
