Tigh

Tigh continues to be a great addition to our family. We are still working on his choice of chew toys but he hasn't done too much damage yet. You were right about how smart he was, he loves to learn new tricks. He is great on the boat and we even coxed him off the beach for a little swim last week. We are trying to teach him to play fetch and tug of war, it's obvious he misses his canine companions; we just need to show him how to play with us instead. Anyways, I will send some pictures once I take them. Thanks again for a great dog! - Lindsey H. 9/18 Update: This is our adopted baby "Oscar" . He came from you named "Tigh" and we have had him just over a year. He loves to ride on the font of the boat and curl up in anyone's lap even though he's 50 lbs. Thanks so much for him!

Tyson the Shar Pei

Judy, I wanted to drop a note to say hello. (Remember me? I worked at the radio stations in Orlando?) I adopted Tyson, my little Shar Pei mix puppy, from you at the Pet Smart adoption four years ago August 20th. He is spoiled rotten and is now 77lbs! Trey the Three-Legged Dog

It took Trey about 2 seconds to fit in, starting with his ride home in the truck. He settled in right next to Zoey. I am sending you some pics of his first day. By the way, he does swim, and not in circles like we thought he might. He is also quite the bed hog. And lap dog. He loves to snuggle too. We are all very happy. Tanner the Rhodesian Ridgeback

Thank you for setting up the meeting with Tanner for us. As soon as we saw him walking across the parking lot we fell in Love with him. Hi is such an angel. Very gentle and loving. Of course we had to take him right home! He definatly knows commands such as sit, go, lay down and come. He is so very smart. He seemed to feel right at home once we got here. He slept in bed with me last night at the foot of the bed. He is definatly not a bed hog. He stayed at his end. We have also decided to keep his name Tanner. We kept trying to think of names for him and Tanner just seems to fit. This will be a "Happily Ever After" story for him I assure you. Just wanted to say Thank you Dawn, Toni and Tanner

Tyler

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your rescue has been for us. We adopted Tyler one of the puppies from the Treeing Walker Coonhound liter back in August 2007, we have since named him Benson. Our lives have been filled with delight watching him grow up. He was such a stubborn puppy now he is developing into a sweet young man. You rescue has inspiried us so much we began fostering from American Black and Tan Coonhound Rescue, we have found a young lady a home recentely :-). We are truly Thankful for your operation.
