He is a young, wide eyed, very lovable, playful and inquisitive guy. Mikey is just your perfect family cat! He's covered in a thick, shiny black fur coat with white socks and  white under belly. Quite a thick black tail too. He has a tiny white mustache just above his upper lip that cracks me up when he looks up. He follows us all around the house wanting to be petted or played with. He loves his dry food but won't hog it all up in one go. He will eat little by little during the day. Maybe it's due to the fact that he previously lived in a family and one with young children that he loves people of any age group. He gets along just as well with other cats. When he plays with any one of us, his claws are always sheathed, meaning that his claws are not drawn out. His playful nips are so light that they are barely felt. He's smart enough to know we are only playing. He adores his sister Laney. He will sometimes groom her, and other times chase and tackle her! The shrill sounds that come out of their wrestling sessions can seem alarming at first. But that is how they play! It is riveting to watch! When they are bushed they go their separate ways to snooze. Mikey finds a good hiding spot to laze away. They are the funniest pair.
