Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families. We invite you to read along with us. If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going! We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.
Hi Judy!
We have had
Abbey
for almost 2 years now. We absolutely adore her and could not imagine life without her. She follows us around, loves her sister Minnie and gets pretty silly every once in while. Thank you so much for rescuing her so she could become ours! We are grateful for everything you and your team do!!
So we have moved up to the gate and introduced her and the cat. The cat can slide under the gate but Anna can't fit. She tried to play with the cat and Suki wasn't having any of that. We have worked with her when meeting other dogs on walks and that is getting better. Keeping her tired is keeping me tired! She does great in the crate and is already learning commands. We have been working on her being alone in a room, but she likes to be around her humans. She will probably stay in the crate at night until she can see the cat without chasing her.
Hi, Kelly! We adopted Amos about a month ago. Here is an update. Wow! Amos is just a love. He is always curious. Always with his ears up. He is full of personality. Thanks for introducing us. Sincerely, Judy & Douglas
