Foster Update 2/1: Misty has become a real part of my family. She is definitely a cat that loves attention and loves to sit either on your lap or beside you. She is very affectionate. She likes to curl up at night and will be there when you wake up in the morning. She does ok around children that respects her as a cat. She is not used to being around smaller children, but older children I think would be ok.  She would do well being an only child or having a kitty or small dog companion. She still loves to play so don't let her age make you think differently. She does enjoy having conversations with her human companions. She is a love to have around.

Foster Update 12/28: Misty has adjusted very well coming into my home. She has a very sweet personality and loves being a lap kitty. She is quite a diva and enjoys lots of love and attention. She is very laid back and loves to have conversations with her human companions. She gets along very well with cats and small dogs. She does well around children as well. Over the holidays she was around a 6 year old and did very well with him. She would make a wonderful addition to any family.

Foster Update 11/26/12: Misty is adjusting well being in a home environment. She has already settled in and claimed her spot in the family. She still has a lot of spirit for an older lady. She would make a great addition to any home that is looking for a wonderful companion who wants a cat that will curl up and cuddle. She also likes to have conversations and is very good and telling me about her day when I come home. She is very affectionate and does like to play. She seems to get along fairly well with my other cats although there is an adjustment period as with any cats. I don't see any aggressive behaviors with her. She seems to be pretty laid back. She really would love to have a new forever home where she can relax and enjoy being part of the family.

Intake: Misty and her three companions came to us when their owner passed away unexpectedly The family came to us for help. They are very sweet, but unsure of what has happened to them. Please give them a new loving home.
