Description:

Foster Update 11/19/11: Marvin is a very sweet and beautiful kitten who just likes to take things on his own terms. He has become more tolerant of gentle petting and will even sit for a few strokes with the brush. Although not a typical lap cat, when you are nice and comfortable on the couch he will come and sleep in your lap. He does like to be in the same room as you and will follow you as you move through out the house. As for bed time, he is always one of the first ones into the bed and one of the last to leave in the morning. During the night he will curl up in your arms or stretch out next to you. He still enjoys playing with everything you can imagine, but fuzzy mice are his favorite. Marvin is wonderful with other cats. He is always the first one to accept new foster brothers and sisters and my adult cat took to him very easily. He likes new people and will greet you at the door when you come home. Please won't you consider adopting this special kitten.

 

Foster Update 10/14/11: Since getting the run of the house with his brothers and sisters, Marvin has started coming out of his shell. He still loves to wrestle and play with his brothers and sisters, but can be found entertaining himself with plastic lids, rocks or an empty box. He's become much more tolerant of petting and will arch his back to help you find the right spot. He especially enjoys having his ears massaged. He also likes to paw at things and when you go in for an Eskimo kiss, don't be surprised to feel his paws on your face.  And at the end of the day he will curl up on the couch with you to help you unwind from the day.

Marvin is a very sweet boy who loves to play with his brothers and sisters, either being chased or doing the chasing. He is very curious and can turn any item into a fun play toy that will entertain him for hours. He loves boxes, play mice, chasing balls, cat tree towers, and running full speed through out the house.
