Jammer LOVES other cats and wants to play much of the time. As such, he needs to be in a home with other social, friendly and playful cats.

Foster Update 1/11/12: Jammer has adjusted quickly to our home, is friendly toward us and social with visitors.  He's generally not timid.  He allows me to touch his pretty pink toes, and he's easy to pick up, carry, and pop into the crate.  He's quite intelligent, and often initiates games to amuse himself and the other cats. Jammer warms up very quickly and will surely bond with anyone who loves and pets him!

Foster Update 12/4/11: The photo below of all 4 cats is when they spotted the little snake.  While the others were fascinated, Jammer just wanted to hug and lick Bear!  Jammer and Spike are very close.  They often eat together, with frequent horseplay and grooming. Spike is still overweight and is becoming a couch potato, so he needs the exercise. It's easy to tell when Jammer wants to play because he tells everyone in lovely musical chirps. 

Jammer has decided he enjoys being brushed.  When I wear a long skirt he likes to hide under it.  He thinks it's fun to hang out with me in the bathroom, so I usually have "help" getting ready for work or bed! 

Foster Update 10/6/11: Jammer and Polly enjoy playing tag now.  There’s quite a size difference, so she doesn’t permit wrestling, emitting loud screams and growls when he makes an attempt!   Jammer loves to hop, rear up in the air, and wrap his “arms” around Spike and Bear. I found Jammer sleeping on top of Spike early one morning, both acting very snoozy and comfy.   Sometimes Jammer stands up on his hind legs and gently grabs his foster parents to get attention.  When he’s not sleeping or eating, he’s playing!

Foster Update 9/28/11: Jammer likes wrestling and playing tag with the other cats, even when they aren’t interested! He also was attracted to the little dog we had for one day. He is so gregarious & social.  He loves to gallop around the house, but isn’t destructive.  He chirps when he wants to play, and relaxes by stretching out full length with his legs straight out front and back.  So he’s an upbeat, cheerful fellow who’s just a big kitten inside.   

This very handsome young boy was found wandering around a roller skating rink. He must have been someone's pet as he is super friendly and lovable.
