Shenandoah is a really sweet dog, as happy a pup as you could as for. I just had someone describe her as "sloppy-happy," so totally full of joy when she sees you! She is eager to please and settles down very quickly when you need her to. She is really quite lovely to look at too ~ it is sooo hard to do justice to a black dog in a photograph! Did you know that statistically, black dogs and cats are the least likely to be adopted? People simply don't see them. If you've missed Shenandoah, you have missed a great dog. She is just waiting for a fun-loving family!
