Description:
8.22.2017 Foster Update! Fiona is a people cat, she is very happy lying next to you or on your lap, loves to be brushed and demands to be petted! She is talkative, especially at mealtime. She likes to supervise any work being done, especially on a computer. She is very good about always using her litter box, and only scratches on her cardboard scratching pad. She is a very easy and companionable kitty!
05/08/2017: Fiona and companion Stripes were adopted together and thrown out onto the streets together to become strays. They were in such bad shape. Again, we sit here and ask how can anyone do this? They are ready to get adopted together or seperate. Right now they are very scared and need some tlc. Look at the before and after photos of Fiona, you can see in her eyes that she had it rough. Her eyes are so sad now, this girl just needs love. While she has access to our entire cat room, she chooses to remain on top of the highest cabinet. She is so scared and has no idea what has happened to her. She would need someone to be patient and caring while she is taking time to adjust.
Fiona is the most darling kitten! She was found as a stray when she was only 6 weeks old. She was huddling against a gas pump at a convenience store in Apopka. Poor thing! She was finally trapped (after putting up quite a fight!) and discovered, within 24 hours that she actually loved people! Haha!
She is definitely a clown and loves to be the center of attention. She will jump out from behind furniture to play with the other kittens and will carry around toys for hours. She gets along well with other cats, but definitely has an “I’m the boss” attitude. She isn’t a lap cat, but LOVES to be petted. She is a total talker and purr box. She would be a great addition to any family.
