Mei came to PRBJ from a high-kill shelter and was raised in a loving foster home with her siblings. She is very affectionate and playful. Her foster mom says that she loves company and is happy when you are with her. Mei is always found playing with her brother,Totoro, in our cat room and they would love to be adopted together.
