Icee was found while one of our foster moms was walking her foster pup.  The puppy lead her to this sweet little kitty who was all alone and in need of medical attention and food.  She brought the kitten into the center where staff began caring for it. Icee had a very bad eye infection and was on meds for months. All of the infection is gone but her eye will always have that white haze on her eye we don't believe she can see anything but light and dark in that eye.
