5/28/17: Hi it's Maggie, I'm Morgan's foster mom.

I thought I would tell you that since she's been with me for the last 4 weeks I can assuredly say she'll make a wonderful addition to anyone's family. Got kids and other playful dogs? She would be the perfect buddy, shadow puppy, & sleeping companion for anyone. If you have the time, she's shy, but once she gets to know you, you'll have a friend for life.

P.S. Even with her leg wrapped splint, she can run with my big dogs!

Update 5.11.2017: Sisters Morgan, Fay & Briton decided together to knock over a large plant stand with a large container plant on it. Morgan was the loser in this folly, she fractured her leg and some ribs. She'll be fine, she just needs a few weeks to heal, thankfully puppies do heal quickly, older dogs take a bit longer.

But we must admit, if you're going to be wrapped up like a mummy, the pink & purple does give it a certain flair, don't you think?

She can still be adopted, just no rough housing for a few weeks.

The Avalon 5 puppies came to us from a very rural situation. Avalon, their Mom, was allowed to wander unaltered and had a multitude of litters. We have Mom now and she’s sweet & safe with us and she’ll never have to have another unwanted litter. The “owners” moved and left Avalon and her 5 puppies behind. We thank their kind rescuer for saving them out in the boondocks

Nonetheless…

These puppies are big, strong and healthy, their coats are shiny and they all LOVE food and treats. A food motivated dog is such a pleasure to train because it’s so much easier with a treat reward.

Morgan is the biggest female and the shyest one. She has white socks with spots on her front legs and 1/2 white socks on the rear.
