Second only to finding homes for our animals is the joy of hearing back from their new families. We invite you to read along with us. If you should decide to open up your heart and home to one of our angels, please send us a note and photo to tell us how it is going! We will post it on this page so others can share in your happiness.
Mr. Snuggles (formerly known as
Ziggy
) is adjusting wonderfully to his new home. He wasn't so sure about sharing a home with George the Pug, but they are now great friends. We love our sweet Mr. Snuggles. He definitely lives up to his name. Thank you for all you do.
Sincerely,
Valerie
Zeus went out for a Dog 4 a Day and they decided to adopt him! Here is what they had to say after their Dog 4 a Day with him:
First question... Is
Zeus
still there?
If he is I'm possibly thinking about adopting if he hasn't found his forever home.
Zeus
was amazing.
When we first met him he was a little timid. Once we got him in the car all he wanted to do was lay his head on one of our shoulders.
I took
Zeus
to our house in Winter Park. As soon as he got out of the car he went straight to the lawn and took a potty.
Once inside he met my 2 year old bulldog Rocky. He had zero interest. Just wanted to play. Rocky wanted to dominate but soon found out he wasn't getting a reaction from
Zeus
and they soon became friends.
Zeus
went to the door every time he had to potty.
Zeus
was very attached to my 9 year old son. Followed him everywhere.
Anyone who adopts
Zeus
would be very lucky. He is great with kids, dogs, and all people he came in contact with.
Thank you,
Jenn
