This beautiful baby was owner surrendered to Pet Rescue by Judy.  His owners were not able to care for him any longer due to an illness.   Brandy is deaf, nonetheless, he is full of life and loves to play and to be held in your arms or sit on your lap.   He is also great with children! He's a great little dog that would love to be loved again in a home of his own.
