Pepper was owner surrendered to PRBJ.  Her owner just did not have the time a puppy requires.  Per her previous owner Pepper is housetrained, likes dogs is happy and very playful.  She does like children and baths.  She is used to sleeping with family member and runs free in the house.  She is all up to date on shots at the time of adoption.
