Camo is a delightful Tortoiseshell kitten. She is also one lucky kitten. She was born to a feral colony that is cared for by a kind family. They were able to coax her and her littermates into their home and domesticate them. They are now friendly, affectionate, fun-loving furballs! Camo loves to play chase with her sister Shadow. She will bring joy to any family! If adopted with Shadow, their combined adoption fee will be reduced to $200.
Now, I have to tell you, the first time someone told me a we had gotten in a Tortoiseshell, well, I kinda was wondering what happened to the tortoise! I'm sure you know exactly what a Tortoiseshell is, but juuuuust in case you don't, let me show off for a moment. A Tortoiseshell is a referance to coloring that is the feline version of the canine brindle. Their coat is mottled, with red and black, chocolate or cinnamon but relatively little or no white markings. "Torties" are almost always female. See how smart we are now!?!
