Buster is a loving, and playful 8 year old purebred Shih Tzu. He is the sweetest little guy you’ll ever meet! He was very loved for 8 years until the time when his owner couldn’t afford to take care of him anymore and gave him away to extended family. Unfortunately, the family just didn't have time for him and would let Buster run loose and never go looking for him. Neighbors would constantly return him. Finally, his current, wonderful foster family found him wandering the streets. They contacted Buster's owner and they said to keep him as they did not want him anymore. He is now getting lots of love and snuggles from his foster family until he finds his forever home.

- LOVES belly rubs and snuggling with his people
- Dozes off during car rides, which makes him the perfect traveling companion.
- Love, love, loves children of all ages (He's been having an absolute blast playing fetch with my foster family’s toddler)
- Loves playing fetch with his favorite toy, a squeaky ball.
- Loves soft, squeaky toys
- Walks well on leash - loves his walks!
- Gets along well with other dogs (we don't know about cats, but we think he would do great with them too!)
- Since the 4th of July fireworks, he has experience some seperation anxiety - this has been corrected with crating and a peanut butter kong!
