Indy The Shy Collie's companion, Luke the Cuddly GSD (adopted) can also be seen on our website.
Description: Indy was surrendered with his companion Luke. The owners work for the US embassy, and were sent to Italy, so they brought the dogs with them. However, the owners saw the dogs becoming increasingly unhappy. They were now cooped up in a small city apartment, and the owners weren't able to spend as much time with them as they had expected. They searched all over for a rescue group, and they found Judy. The next time they came back to the US, they brought Indy and Luke.
Indy loves people! He loves attention and being pet. For a senior dog, he still has a lot of spunk and energy. He likes to run in our yard and he likes to go on walks. He is playful with his family and has only been around children over 10. He is good with dogs his own size, and he has made lots of friends in play group. He does not like cats or small dogs. So while he'd love a friend to play with, it should be a medium or large breed. He would also be okay as an only dog--more attention for him!
