Note: Zoie LOVES dogs!! Zoie is the most darling little lady you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting, not to mention the fact that she is insanely gorgeous! She is one of my top two favorite fosters since I started fostering cats for Judy about 8 years ago. This queen bee is incredibly unique with far more wisdom and curiosity than one would expect from a woman of her age. From the moment Zoie arrived at our home, she was completely comfortable and trusted us immediately. She never once hid or tried to avoid our affection. Zoie is constantly following me around the house, assisting me with chores or cooking. She even enjoys sitting with my three year old son and I as we paint on the back porch or make play dough pizza. Zoie is one of the only cats I've ever had who isn't absolutely terrified of the vacuum cleaner. In fact, she walks along side me as I vacuum the floors throughout the entire house. She's such a helpful houseguest! She's also an total LOVE bug and will let you know when it's time for a pet by blurting out little squeaks or very feminine meows. Zoie cherishes our evening belly rub sessions and will often reward us with love nips on our hands.
The only downside to Zoie is that she extremely dominant over her space when it comes to other Alpha cats - she is one feisty lady. She will most certainly not back down when she feels threatened or challenged. It might be best for Zoie to be adopted into a forever home with no other cats or cats who don't mind her bossing them around. She does fine with our four family cats, both male and female, but doesn't really have patience for our one and a half year old male foster. He's very intrusive and doesn't understand that such a stunning woman needs her space. It might be that Zoie can only tolerate older, more docile cats.
All in all, Zoie is a phenomenally loving beauty who would be a wonderful companion for any family. Consider yourself lucky if that ends up being you!
e is a senior who was not getting enough attention from her owner. We are looking for a wonderful home where she can live out her senior years with lots of love.
