Foster update 11/21/13: Going on 5 months now and the transformations are daily. Mamma cat who 5 months ago could not be handled without leather gloves, has become a warm and loving companion, particularly to me. If I'm working on the computer, shes up on the desk,  head butting me, sitting on the keyboard until she gives up and sits on the chair with me. If I get up and move, she is up and right by my feet, following everywhere. Mamma still wants to be in control and an adopter will need to be patient and earn her trust and affection, but it is there.

10/20/13: Update on Mamma and the Boys....we have made great progress with Mamma who will now come and sit on my lap, allow me to pet her all around her face and head, much more receptive to attention.  Mini and Slim are growing up nicely. Mini is particularly social, Slim is still timid but ever so slowly coming around. Slim is still very bonded to Mamma. I have expanded their territory to half the house so they are enjoying that freedom. They have an opportunity to see and be seen by the dogs through glass doors but have not had a true face to face yet.

9/15/13: As her kittens are getting older and more independent, Mamma's own personality seems to be blossoming. She's used to her kittens getting the pets and kisses; she will now gently ask for her own attention. Mamma has three wonderful kittens because she's been such a great mother.

8/5/13: Mamma was abandoned at our front door with her kittens. She is a sweet and gentle soul. She has a peaceful presence about her. She just wants some love.
