Foster Update - 8/13: Merida the Brave Kitten– Merida was named after the Disney princess from the movie “Brave” and she is sure standing up to the challenge. Not only is she outgoing, she is a total socialite and the life of the party. She is very funny and likes to roll on her back and paw at you for attention. Her favorite game is “keep away” and she plays it with her siblings often by stealing toys and running around the house with them. The other night she picked up a stuffed animal that was almost as big as she was and dragged it around the house like she had just made a huge kill. Our little huntress! She has also developed a beautiful black tabby coat. She is a black cat, but her undercoat reflects a unique and stunning striped pattern. She is just the smartest and most confident kitten and is absolutely ready for her perfect home.
Merida and her brothers and sisters were born to a beautiful tuxedo mama kitty who became pregnant before her owners could get her spayed. She has always been in a home with her siblings and lots of other kitten friends, so she needs a home wheres he can get lots of love, attention and a playmate or two!
Merida is totally fearless. She is always the first one to run into a room or chase a new toy, kitten or dog! She loves being held and getting kisses on her face. She is a purr box to the max and would be a great addition to almost any home.
