I have been with PRBJ since 5/16/13
Maureen is a beautiful, friendly mama cat who gave birth in our shelter. She is gentle and loves to be petted.
Centuries of superstition in the U.S. have given the black cat a bad name. But in other countries such as England and Japan, the black cat is considered to be good luck! fact, Charles I of England owned a black cat and loved it so much, the cat was kept under constant guard. When the cat became ill and died, it just so happened that Charles was arrested the next day.... How's that for luck?!
