Description:
Gibbs is a handsome black and white kitten who has a unique white mustache that is so cute! His liter was left in a crate in the parking lot of the PRBJ shelter when they were very little. The kittens were extremely curious so the foster family named them after the agents on their favorite TV show which is NCIS. Gibbs has an outgoing personality and he is very playful. He is a sweetheart that will give lots of love to his forever family!
