Sampson is an adorable lab mix puppy. He's just a mear 25 pounds now, but he is growing, so expect this fellow to be at least 45 pounds. Since we never had the pleasure of meeting his parents, this is just a guess on our part. Sampson and his sister Delilah have all the wonderful lab traits ~ happy, energetic, loving, busy,.... I will now give you a piece of advice that you will probably ignore, but I'm the one who is writing and you are the one who is reading, so tough! Dogs do better when they have a canine companion. It gives them someone to play with when you don't feel like it. It gives them someone to snooze with when you are busy. It just gives them someone to be with all the time! Trust me on this ~ seriously consider having two dogs rather than one. They don't have to both be puppies, they just both have to be canines. If you can't afford two dogs, consider fostering a second dog. OK, I'm jumping off my soap box now and back to Sampson. He is a real doll and will be a barrel of fun for the family that adopts him!
