Foster Update 11/26/12: Franklin is my little baby doll and most cherished foster! Everyone who meets this munchkin instantly falls in love with him and threatens to steal him from us. He's a talker, a lover, and a cuddly little bunny (seriously, he hops around like a rabbit!). Franklin loves everybody who walks into our home; whether they're human, feline, canine, etc. It takes him a bit to warm up to the big dogs but that's just because he's so tiny. But don't let his small stature fool you, this guy can play! He runs around all day long with his foster brothers and sisters, antagonizing them into a wrestling match or a ball game. Franklin rarely leaves my side when I'm home and if he can't find me for a minute, he'll start to make the cutest little peeping sounds until he's located his target. He is the absolute sweetest cat I've ever encountered and I guarantee you will agree.

Intake: Franklin was found near a busy intersection by a local animal lover who could not keep him. He does not like loud noises, but he does like the sound of his own voice. He's been "talking" to volunteers who pass his crate, and he has a lot to say to his neighbor.
