Foster Update 8/8/12
Hello, my name is Asher. I am a gray and white bundle of energy who needs love and physical affection – and I will let you know when that is (usually all of the time). I am a Maine Coon mix, which shows in my incredibly soft fur and fluffy tail. I eat well, and sleep like a baby. I can be very loud with my purrs, and when you hold me I will let you know how much I love it. I will also let you know when I’m hungry with tiny meows and a gaze into your eyes. I’ve been chasing two of my foster mom’s cats around the house, and you’d think they’d like the exercise, but they quit playing long before I’m finished. It would be fun to live in a home where I have a younger cat or kitten for play, and where there is someone who wants to cuddle. Although human play would be OK too, as long as someone is around to give me some attention. Next to chasing toy mice and balls, cuddling and sleeping on your lap or shoulders is my favorite activity of all. I also give kisses, little licks of my tongue, to show how much I love you. I am very active, and very loving. If you have the need for love and fun play, I will be happy to go home with you.
ASHER – Mr. Cool
Asher is the brother to Wazzi, and the two are inseparable. They eat out of the same dish and sleep side by side. He’s well behaved and has a great appetite. He loves to wrestle, but will stop quickly if there’s a new toy around that he can chase after. He’s only been with his foster mom for a short time, so there will be more stories to come.
Foster Update 7/2/12: Asher is growing into a loving and energetic little man. He’s the first to meals, and loves to play with anything in his path. He’s more independent than some of his littermates, and still prefers the company of Wazzi when all of the kittens quiet down for their naps. He loves to bat at balls and jumps high for the feather toys.
