Description: Peanut is a little hound puppy. She and her family were rescued from a Georgia kill shelter around Thanksgiving. They al love to play and snuggle when they are tired. They all get along with cats and other dogs, are crate trained but not housebroken. If you do not yet have a dog, let me give you a piece of advice ~ always have at least two dogs! They will keep each other entertained and b happier, and that will make you happier. People often make the mistake of believing that their dog will be less loyal, less loving to them if there is another dog. Nothing could be further from the truth. Dogs are pack animals, happier and better behaved when not alone. Especially if you are not home during the day, you are doing your dog and yourself a great disservice by not having a second canine companion. Don't believe me? Try fostering a second dog and see how much better your household runs after a couple of weeks! And getting back to Peanut, I promise you a puppy with a companion is a superior pet! Peanut and Honey will probably only be 35 pounds each ~ they'd be a fun pair, don't you think?
