About Jack the One Eyed Pirate Kitten

  • Microchipped: Yes
  • Declawed: No
  • Housetrained: Yes

Foster Update 11/29/11: Jack is a large kitten. After a slow start he grew leaps and bounds. He weighs 9 lbs at under 7 months of age. He is long and lean with long legs and has a sleek black coat that shines in the sunlight. Jack has a larger than life personality. He loves everyone and expects everyone to love him in return. He is full of energy and is pretty easy going. He is your typical nosey kitten - if you open a cupboard, he's in there, checking it out, open a tin, he has his nose in there. He gets on wonderfully with the large resident dogs and his fellow foster kittens. He will head butt you for attention, especially if you are reading and ignoring him because that's not allowed! Jack is a complete joy, fun and happy!

Jack is from a litter of 5 kittens found by a pilot at Sanford International Airport. They are a fun, loving and outgoing litter, all of whom love to play and cuddle with their foster Mom and Dad.

Jack and his siblings are cat, dog and kid friendly. Super affectionate, playful and active these kittens love to snuggle, give kisses, be cuddled.

Foster Update 8/14/11: Jack is quite the "rogue" kitten in the nicest possible way. Although the smallest of his litter, he has the biggest personality and is "larger than life." He is fearless, fun, happy and outgoing - the feline explorer! Jack lost one eye early on - we have no idea what happened. He doesn't let the disability slow him down, but sometimes when he is doing the INDY 500 around the house he will misjudge a corner and ends up in a cupboard or skidding along the tile. He gets up, meows as if he is laughing, shakes himself and starts all over again! Jack is such a sweet and playful kitten. He will be a joy to anyone who adopts him.
