Description:

Grace is truly an amazing cat. She had a litter of kittens in the middle of a thunderstorm and became injured while protecting her kittens! Thankfully, the injury was minor, with only bite marks on her back which are completely healed. Even after all of that, when people came to her rescue, she calmly let us check on her and her kittens! She and her kittens came to us at 10 days old and she has always been a loving and  protective Mother.  Grace gets along with other cats, dogs and rabbits. She enjoys being held, is a very calm and graceful cat, hence the name Grace.

Grace is  a wonderful mother cat who gave birth to six beautiful kittens in the wee hours of the morning outside a place of business as it stormed all around.

She has taken wonderful care of her kittens and is now ready for her new home.

Foster Update 6/3/11 - Grace the Mommy is very mellow and calm. However, when another animal was within sight, she became a lioness to protect her cubs. When the kittens where little, she never left their side, now that they are older she comes out of her room and gets along well with dogs, cats and rabbits.
