All Pet Rescue By Judy animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption, micro chipped and up-to-date on the vaccines applicable to their date of intake with PRBJ and respective to their weight and/or age at the time of adoption.
Pet Rescue By Judy is a non-profit, no-kill organization. The PRBJ donation fee collected may not be used to cover just the costs of this particular animal in which you are interested. As we have a variety of animals in our care with a wide range of medical needs, all donations collected are utilized towards all expenses within the rescue.

Punky and Peanut were adopted from us a couple of years ago, but it turns out a person in the household suffers from asthma and the kitties seem to make it worse. They are heartbroken to give up these adorable sweeties.
Punky is a sweet dark brown/black short haired cat with beautiful green eyes. He prefers to sleep on the floor over his nice comfortable cat bed however he will curl up in his cat bed if he can be next to his brother Peanut. He likes wet food although it doesn’t agree with his tummy so he can only eat dry food. He is non destructive and trained to only use his scratching posts to stretch his paws.
Punky is a little shy upon meeting new people but before long he will be sleeping in the bed with you and right at your feet when you sit on the couch for some petting. He tends to follow his brother Peanuts’ lead a lot. He loves his ears and his belly rubbed. He will even lick your hand on occasion. He has never exhibited aggressive behavior towards any person and is very sweet. Punky loves to play with is toys and prefers soft toys that don’t make noise. Punky is an indoor cat but enjoys bird watching from his window seat and loves to spend time on the porch watching squirrels.
Punky has spent his life with his brother Peanut and, as you can see in the pictures, he would love to spend the rest of his life with him. They play and sleep together and you can often catch them wrestling or grooming each other. Punky would be better with adults and older children due to his shy nature.
