Description:
Help! Ziggy needs someone to rescue him from his crazy foster. She keeps dressing him in clothes, putting silly hats on his head,.... This is no way for a dignified cat to live!!!
Ziggy is a really great kitten. Both he and his brother, Chocolate, were born with a protruding bottom (kinda like hemmeroids). The vet originally wanted to put them to sleep for it but our Robyn wouldn't hear of it. We're so glad. These two are just too sweet. And it really is no issue now, except cosmetically. Sometimes their "backside" gets a bit red and protrudes. But you'll love the treatment ~ just put a little Prepartaion H on it! No, I'm serious!!! It really would be a shame if they don't get adopted because of this ~ they are among Robyn's favorite kittens, and she knows all of ours so that really says something!

Here is an update from his foster:

"Ziggy is such a sweetheart! He loves to be petted and likes human attention. He does not mind being picked up or held and he is one very curious little guy! Not afraid of other cats or even 50lb dogs - this is one well adjusted feline! He makes the cutest little sound…not quite a meow, not quite a whimper…very hard to describe! Once he gets used to his surroundings, he likes to be where the action is. Ziggy loves any toy attached to a string and he loves to look out windows! Both of Ziggy and his brother Chocolate are very active and love to play with each other. They are a lot of fun to watch and while it would be great if they could be adopted together, I think they would do fine separately."

03/27 update: At first, Ziggy wouldn't even come out of the cage. He was content just watching all the other cats. Now, he comes right out when the cage opens and plays. He loves to be pet and sometimes you will find him just hanging out under the cages. He also loves to play with the laser light.

6/30 Foster update:
"I brought Ziggy home with me yesterday afternoon and he just made himself at home. He has been getting along GREAT with my other cats and LOVES to play. Ziggy is a little kitten in a junior cats body. All he wants to do is run around and play with my other cats. He LOVES chasing the laser light and running around playing with balls. While I was watching TV last night Ziggy jumped up on my lap and laid down next to me wanting to be pet. He rolled over so I could rub his belly and when he had enough, he nibbled on my hand to let me know he was done. Ziggy will be best suited in a home with at least one other cat for him to play with. "

ADOPTION/DONATION FEE:
All Pet Rescue By Judy animals are spayed/neutered prior to adoption, micro chipped and up-to-date on the vaccines applicable to their date of intake with PRBJ and respective to their weight and/or age at the time of adoption.

Pet Rescue By Judy is a non-profit, no-kill organization. The PRBJ donation fee collected may not be used to cover just the costs of this particular animal in which you are interested. As we have a variety of animals in our care with a wide range of medical needs, all donations collected are utilized towards all expenses within the rescue.

The goal of PRBJ is not just to place every animal into a home, but it is to place each animal into the RIGHT home, seeking that forever home, to avoid future transition and negative impact on the life of each of these deserving animals.

THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING OPENING YOUR HEART AND YOUR HOME TO A RESCUED PET
