Description:
Lucky is a terrier puppy that we rescued from Seminole Animal Control. One day in late July, Judy received a phone call from MaryBeth. They had a very sweet, very loving terrier that had just given birth to a litter of six puppies - couldn't we come and get them. Sadly, we were packed to the gills and had no where to put them. And then, that same day, we received a foster application from Suzanne, indicating that she would foster dogs and unweaned puppies! We screened her application, called her and yes, were able to go down and pull out the family and get them in a home! I told Suzanne that she had saved their lives, that until her application came in, our answer to MaryBeth was, sadly, no.
Lucky is the only brindle in the litter. she likes to get into trouble ~ she was the first one to start walking. Naturally, she was also the smallest in the litter, but she is catching up quickly!
Thank you, Suzanne, for stepping forward, saving this family and nurturing them during this special time!

OK, the puppies have been fixed and are ready for adoption. They look a lot different now ~ less like piglets, more like puppies!!!
