Description:
Hi! My name is Stella, a.k.a. Stella Bear. I got my nickname because when I was very tiny, I looked like a little black bear. My mother, Chloe, was a stray cat found wandering in the backyard of my wonderful foster family. They took her in and gave her a forever home, then found out shortly afterward she was pregnant with me, my brother and two sisters.

I have very sleek, shiny black hair and when you shine a bright light on it, you can see brown tabby stripes. I like to growl when I play with my cat toys. My foster family thinks I’m very cute when I pretend to act like a tough kitten. I also make some very unique kitty sounds when I communicate with people. Of course, my favorite sound is to purr loudly. I make this sound quite frequently, especially when you pet me or I rub up against you. I also like to perch on the back of my foster mom’s computer chair and play with her hair while she’s on the computer.

I’m great with dogs, other cats, and children. I would love to be adopted with one of my siblings or another feline playmate.
