Description:

Sugar Plum and her siblings have been raised in foster care. They would love to be adopted with a sibling as they are very bonded. They are your typical happy, boisterous kittens!

Foster Update: 4/4/11: Sugar plum and her sister Sissy are a special set of cats. These two have a strong bond but they have no problem sharing that with a person. Sugar plum is a ball of personality. She loves to be pet and will sleep right next to your pillow at night. She loves to roll around with a string toy and is great with other cats, especially kittens. She loves to lie by the window and enjoy the cool Florida breeze. Her bright eyes are sweet and they show how loving she is.

Appearance – A gorgeous mix of black and orange stripes with deep amber eyes

Activity level – While she finds the most comfortable spots to sleep, Sugar plum loves to play. Her favorite toy is a stick with a string on the end

Adaptability – Sugar Plum was one of the fastest adapting cats I have encountered. She found her favorite spot right away and had no problems exploring the house even with a dog in the mix

Friendliness – she is a very friendly cat. She will lie right next to you and loves to be pet. She will rub against your legs when you are standing. Although being held is not her favorite thing she will stay still and let you hold her

Personality – Sugar Plum is a funny cat. She will lie next to you and then slide of the couch on her side when she wants to leave. She loves to look out windows but also loves being next to people so she will go back and forth. She is playful and friendly towards other cats and dogs. She is very family friendly. She has a sister, Sissy, who she loves to hang out with and would prefer to stay with her through adoption

Food – Sugar Plum has food out all day for her to eat when she wants. She is given dry food. She loves wet food but is only given it as a treat

Ideal home – Sugar Plum is currently in an apartment. She would do well in any type of home but should be kept inside.
