Poor Madrid was adopted and recently returned due to no fault of his own. He was the casualty of a divorce where no one was able to keep him. He is anxious to find a new family that he can love and that will love him back.

Madrid needs lots of time to exercise and enjoys running at dog park! He isn't a fan of cats but loves other dogs and people! Madrid has a great temperament and was previously raised with children.
Recently, we learned that Madrid does well in public places with other dogs (dog parks, meeting on a leash, etc.), but he becomes possessive and protective in a home setting. The best home for him would be one where he is the only dog in the home, but where he can also visit a dog park or public events frequently as he is very social.
