Penelope and her siblings had a hard start in life. They were homeless, living wild when their mother was hit by a car right in front of them. They were just tiny kittens at the time. Their wonderful foster mom, Caitlin, has loved on them and played with them, developing a love and trust in others. Penelope remains her own girl....she likes to be held but is also quite independent.
