Leo, Lovie and Leah are all fantastic senior cats who belong to a long time friend and foster of the rescue. Sadly, he must take care of an ailing relative and his wonderful kitties now need a new home. Honestly, to meet these cats is to fall in love with them. In a perfect world, Lovie and Leah would be adopted together into a loving home where they could live happily together. And Leo would be in a quiet home where someone would care for him and let him sleep and pet him as requested!

Here is Leo's description: Leo is a 20 y.o. diabetic, nuetered, front declawed, 20 lb. black and white male cat who must be injected every 12 hrs with his insulin (insulin injections are very easy. When you feed him just pinch a little skin, gently push in short needle all the way, push plunger, pull out, rub his head and say you love him. Done. He's used to it and won't argue with you about it). He's been diabetic for 8 yrs now which I'm told is unheard of for cats. I'm sure he's not much longer for this world. He doesn't get around well because of arthritis and walks on his front wrists instead of his fingertips like most cats. He gets along ok with other cats if left alone. All he wants from life is to be fed and let alone to sleep on something soft inside of a closet. But if there are no other animals around he just might sleep beside you. Leo just needs a quiet place to sleep away his ever few remaining days in this world.
