Peppercorn is a cute Chihuahua mix. She and her companions  were surrendered to PRBJ when their owner's living situation made it impossible to care for them.  They are good on leash and crate trained. All 4 are a little reserved when meeting new people, so we are recommending a home without children. 
Peppercorn is a little reserved when she firsts meets people and needs a little time to warm up.  She would do well in a home with another small dog to buddy with and model after.

10/17 Foster update: Pepper is great with other dogs in the home. She would enjoy a couple or family who is home a lot to give her attention. She's a cuddler and loves to be in the bed with you and hugged. She's not a fan of being carried.
