Floyd came to PRBJ from a high-kill shelter.  He is very very friendly and loves people, he enjoys neck and ear scratches and loves getting attention.   
Floyd likes dogs and is always reaching a paw out to try and pet the puppies that come in to meet him. 
Because of his medical history, he will have to be on an eye drop once a day for the rest of his life.  Right now he gets his drops at night and knows his routine of getting his drops.
