Joplin was brought into Pet Rescue by Judy after her owner passed away. A kind neighbor kept Joplin for 2 weeks, but she was unable to keep her and knew we would find a good home for this sweet girl.   

Hi, my name is Joplin, and I am a very sweet loving girl who loves to play and go on walks. I have been told that my leash manners could use some improvement because I tend to pull hard on the leash. I do know many basic commands.
I am the kind of girl who can get bored outside unattended and have the urge to jump/climb the fence when I no longer want to be outside. With that being said, I have to be supervised when outside in the yard or only left out there for short periods of time.
I am not a fan of CATS!! I am selective on dogs, so I would do better in a home where I am the only pet. Due to the fact that I lack manners, I would also do better in a home with older children so I don't knock them over when I get too excited because I can get really bouncy. I'm hoping that you will see my picture and see how beautiful I am, fall in love, and put in an application to meet me and be my furever home. That would be the best!!!
