A wonderful, elderly man realized he was not able to care for Buddy and brought him to us at PRBJ. 
Buddy is a 3 year old chiweenie who loves to put his head on his owner's lap and take naps with him. He is very playful and loving,and is housetrained, good with other dogs (not so much with cats), and is good with children. Buddy is also the perfect size for apartment living. 
We discovered that Buddy does not care for a crate.   When you walk to his crate he will growl at you.   Once out he is a sweetheart.   So if a crate is not needed that would be fine.  He is also a big fan of toys.
