Foster update 11/22: Prince and Queenie would luv to be adopted together, but they would be happy in separate homes with owners who are home most of the day and another dog to buddy with. Queenie is a sweet girl who loves human attention!

Foster update August 2022:

Both are doing great. I've discovered they love watermelon and cooked carrots. Queenie has a stuffed squirrel I got her and she carries it everywhere...including on our walks! Prince continues to pull and act assertively to other dogs when we go on walks, but he uses a harness so I am able to control him. Prince also likes to sleep on the baseboard :)

Foster update February 2022:
Prince and Queenie have been in their foster home for about a month now. They are living with a nice woman and her two rescued Greyhounds. They go on nice long walks every day and are getting in shape becuase of it (when they arrived they were both pretty chunky, especially Queenie). They are both good eaters and take treats very politley. Prince has been walking on a harness because he likes to pull when he walks on a leash. Though he is an older dog he still has alot of energy! Queenie is perfectly housebroken and has never had an accident. When Prince first arrived at his foster he was doing some marking in the house. His foster mom started putting a belly band on him and now only uses it when she leaves the house or when they go to sleep as he has gotten much better.

Prince and Queenie came to us from a rescue in Puerto Rico when the rescue's owner passed away. We helped this rescues by taking in 4 cats and 2 dogs.
Prince and Queenie are sweet seniors. We don't know much about  them, but we know they would love a home of their own. They appear to be crate trained. We feel a quiet mature household would be ideal for them. Once we discover more about them, we will update their web pages.
