Pipo was owner surrenderd to PRBJ as they worked all day and could not give him the time and attention he deserved. Here's what his owners had to say about him: "Pipo is good with other dogs and cats, likes baths, good with children of all ages, and is very playful.  He is currently eating Pro Plan puppy large breed. He is not yet housetrained and will need training on going potty outside. Pipo is a very happy, playful dog. He is fine as the only dog in the home. Pipo does not like to be caged and would be best placed in a safe room when left alone."
