Ellie is a front declawed sweet cat, misunderstood.  Many declawed cats will nip if they do not like something.    Her previous owner was petting her and Ellie had enough .   She nipped her owner to let her know enough please stop.  She was taken to a high kill shelter and the staff there told us she is wonderful, sweet, good with the men and women working with her.  We would only recommend older children so they know not all cats enjoy being carried or touch for long periods of times.   She would be great for an older couple also who just wants a cat to hang out with.   She is litterboxed trained.   Since she is new to us and scared we will continue to evaluate her and update her webpage accordingly.   Let's give this sweet girl another chance.   She is scared of other animals.
