Walter was owner surrendered to Pet Rescue by Judy because his owner had a kitten and Walter is considered low energy to them. He is housetrained, another cat his age and energy leval would be good, older kids. Walter does not care at all for his backside to be touched. He does love to have his head rubbed. He does enjoy being around people and his previous owner does recommend another cat.
We did have to shave his hair due to hair mats. He now looks like a big powder puff.
