WINNIE IS DOG AGGRESSIVE OVER FOOD WITH DOGS 

Winnie is good with other dogs and cats. She excitedly takes treats from your hand, so we are working on teaching her to take treats more gently. Winnie does not like to be left alone outside for more than five to ten minutes or she will start to bark for attention. 
 Her former owners told PRBJ that Winnie might have been abused at one time in her life. With this in mind, we recommend an adult only home so she is not spooked by a little hand coming down on her. Because of her short stature she should not live in a home with alot of stairs, or an apartment on an upper level. Winnie likes to take lots of potty breaks durring the day, so her perfect home will be one where her parent works from home or has time to come let her out durring the work day.
