Tom is a sweet spunky boy he loves to cuddle and give lots of kisses. However when you first meet him he is verry shy and needs time to warm up to a person expecially men. Tom doesnt like for guests to come over the house as much but he is working on his socialization skills currently in his foster home. One of his favorite things to do is lay in a persons lap and get tons of belly rubs. He arrived to the shelter becuase his parents could no longer care for him. He is young and seems pretty nervous. He cowers if you raise your hand in a fast motion.  We are not sure what he has gone through, but for now we are giving him lots of love and compassion. . Also, we are not reccommending a home with  kids under the age of 15 at this time as he is nervous and may have some abuse in his past:)
