Igor is the last of his siblings left at the shelter he is a loving boy with lots of energy. he loves to play with all of the kittens and often plays quite ruff with them. Igor loves getting love and attention. Igor and his siblings arrived at PRBJ from a kill shelter. They have been raised in one of our foster's homes. They are sweet and well adjusted kittens.
