Finn and Ellie are siblings that were abandoned by their owners. A neighbor saved them from a life of being tied outside in the hot sun, lying in filthy conditions and being alone all day.  Once the neighbor saved them and got them out of that horrible situation, he washed them up and noticed how dehydrated and hungry they were.  He surrendered them to Pet Rescue by Judy where both puppies are now doing well. They are very sweet and happy. They enjoy toys and are good with other dogs. They both also love to give kisses:)
