Kobe was found as a stray and ended up in a high kill shelter. Kobe spent time with a worker there, and he stated that Kobe is the sweetest dog ever! 
Kobe enjoyed hanging out with the cats in the cat room; he is good with dogs and loves children. 
Kobe is a fan of belly rubs and will stay near you for hours while getting rubbed:)
Kobe can jump very high...she did jump a 6 foot fence. So, owners should not leave her outside alone.
